BARTEC 公司于1975年在德國巴登.福騰堡州北部城市 Bad Mergentheim 成立。在39年的成長過程中，BARTEC已發(fā)展成為全球安全工程供應商的領先者之一。伴隨著BARTEC集團在中國的投入，博太科電氣（上海）全資公司于2004年7月正式注冊成立，總部設在上海，并在北京，廣州，濟南和新疆相繼成立了銷售辦事處。2005年BARTEC集團與山西防爆電機（集團）有限公司合資在山西長治成立了博太科電氣（山西）有限公司，并專注于防爆礦用設備的生產(chǎn)和銷售。BARTEC與中石化、電力行業(yè)、藥廠、船廠等多個行業(yè)建立了長期的合作關系，所銷售的產(chǎn)品也受到了用戶的廣泛好評。BARTEC共有如下產(chǎn)品單元：

In July 2004 BARTEC GmbH 100% invested BARTEC Electric (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. which is based in Shanghai, and set up decentralized sales offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Jinan and Xinjiang afterwards.
