SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The role of the Program and Product Manager is to oversee all aspects of development projects to ensure that projects meet schedule, product cost, project cost, product performance ****ives and successfully implement product management strategies which profitably grows the business.
Position reports to Sr. Marketing and Product Manager APAC. The scope will cover all IOG programs in APAC.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Program Management:
?? Effective management and prioritization of the Project Portfolio to achieve financial and strategic ****ives of the product line.
?? Lead program management teams to launch new products on-time, and on budget while appropriately managing risk and project scope.
?? Authorize, prioritize, and oversee TECH, PROD, SERV, and CONT projects to achieve annual operating and strategic ****ives.
Product Management:
?? Analyze portfolio of products & collaborate with global/regional Operations, Value Engineering, Sourcing, and Technology teams to recommend profit optimization ****s considering factors such as complexity, product lifecycle, annual sales volumes, etc. in support of financial and business ****ives.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and manage product pricing strategies which achieve financial ****ives.
?? Development and execution of Platform and Product Line strategies throughout the entire life cycle

Others:
?? Assist in the development of the Long Range Plan, Five Year Outlook and Annual Operating Plan.
?? Execute plans to achieve operating cash flow, manufacturing margin, direct MEA&R and PBIT goals for the product line.
