What are my responsibilities?
1. Setup the service requirements for the new products, setup and manage the CS project plan to make sure CS tasks finished on time aligning with PLM project plan.為新產(chǎn)品設(shè)定服務(wù)需求，創(chuàng)建并管理CS的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃確保CS的任務(wù)能夠按照PLM的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃要求按時(shí)完成。
2. Be responsible to some components by distributing CS requirements and experience to PLM for excellent production serviceability by writing technical documentation for easy service activities./負(fù)責(zé)某些部件，把CS的需求和經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享給PLM以實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的可維護(hù)性，編寫(xiě)技術(shù)文檔以方便維修。
3. Make sure the appointed service requirements are implemented in the products development through the design documents reviewing.
在產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)文件的評(píng)審來(lái)確保指定的服務(wù)需求在設(shè)計(jì)中實(shí)現(xiàn)。
4. Contribute to the component test, integrated test and system test to ensure the serviceability. 參與部件測(cè)試，集成測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試，確?？删S修性。
5. Plans and schedules serviceability projects, and determines respective budgets. 在部門(mén)內(nèi)制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃并做工作量的評(píng)估
6. Contribute to the CR and charm handling to ensure the continous serviceability and spare part support.參與CR和Charm處理，確保持續(xù)的可維修性和備件供應(yīng)。
7. Collect components update information to make sure continuous serviceability and Tdoc update.收集部件的更新信息確保持續(xù)的可維修性和技術(shù)文檔更新。
8. Contribute the updates ( UI ) and new knowledge ( Speedinfo ) to the local CSEs to maintain product at customer site.發(fā)布更新和快速消息以助于全球工程師維護(hù)系統(tǒng)。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. At least 1 year experience in customer service or product technical support至少有一年客戶支持或者產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Bachelor or above.本科及以上學(xué)歷
3. Perfect English 流利的英語(yǔ)
4. Able to be accountable and proactive 工作主動(dòng)并負(fù)責(zé)
5. Good communication skills 良好的溝通技巧
