Roles & Responsibilities:1. Identify and establish collaborations with external industrial enterprises, associations, and government departments to support teaching initiatives, and participate in drafting or finalizing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements.2. Demonstrate a foundational understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation, engage in all business activities related to these fields, such as inviting judges, guest speakers, and arranging field trips, and facilitate the introduction of external cooperative resources for student entrepreneurship.3. Initiate and organize forums and workshops related to entrepreneurship, and actively seek business resources that align with various activities to ensure their smooth execution.4. Build and expand the industry mentor pool for EEH and manage it using systematic approaches.5. For Non-degree Education, establish and continuously refine the operational mechanisms of Alumni work and manage it on a day-to-day basis.6. Participate in various activities at the XEC level in collaboration with the BD team.Qualifications:1. Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field advanced degree preferred.Required Competencies and Skills:1. Proven experience in business development, preferably within an educational or entrepreneurial context.2. Strong negotiation and drafting skills to effectively finalize agreements and MoUs.3. A solid grasp of entrepreneurial and innovative concepts with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.4. Excellent organizational and project management skills to initiate and execute events and activities.5. The ability to build and maintain a network of industry mentors and manage Alumni relations effectively.6. Experience in seeking and securing business resources for various events and activities.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders.8. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for collaboration and business development.9. Proficiency in using CRM systems or other database management tools for contact and relationship management.10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
