Responsibilities:1. Fully responsible for the planning, procurement and exception handling of raw materials in the BOM, to ensure that the responsible raw materials arrive at the factory on time and in quantity to support the production of full production.2. Review and execute materials planning related procedures/WIs, ensure 100% compliance without major finding during internal/external audit. Strictly comply with escalation process for any abnormal.3. ****uate aging materials and place Pos for inventory buyback purpose Regularly analyze and coordinate to solve high inventory, problem and risk materials, effectively reduce the inventory and reduce the effects, and effectively control the inventory of Subcon and internal production lines.4. Communicate with the production planning and master scheduling and BU/PM in a timely manner about the material situation, try our best to meet the production and capacity needs, balance the supply of materials, and maintain a reasonable inventory level.5. For important products at the factory level, closely track the BOM determination, place orders in a timely manner, and maintain close communication with suppliers according to system requirements to ensure the production of important products.6. Analyze and ****uate the supplier's production capacity with Sourcing every month, report to the potential risk in a timely manner, and cooperate with Sourcing to find solutions (provide priority, expand production capacity, find ****native materials or substitute suppliers, etc.).7. Achieve KPI goals and complete all tasks assigned by manager on time Use the PDCA closed-loop principle to carry out daily work.8. Actively offer opinions and suggestions on daily work and processes using the concept of continuous improvement. Actively implement process improvement to achieve the department goals.Qualifications:1.University degree, major in supply chain, logistics, management, statistics, etc., or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.2.At least 6 years of experience in material planning, production control and procurement in the electronics and semiconductor industries is preferred.3.Proficient in Microsoft office application and SAP application is preferred.4.Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, CET-4 or above certificate is preferred.
