Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Incident Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the process of identifying, analyzing, and responding to incidents within the IT environment. The role involves coordinating with different teams to ensure incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently while minimizing the impact on business operations.Responsibilities: 1) Monitor and manage all incidents throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. 2) Coordinate and communicate with IT support teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient incident resolution. 3) Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues and work on long-term solutions. 4) Document incident resolutions and lessons learned, providing detailed reports for management. 5) Escalate critical incidents to management team when necessary. 6) Develop and maintain incident management processes in line with best practices (e.g., ITIL). 7) Work with problem management teams to ensure incidents are fully resolved and preventive measures are implemented. 8) This position requires supporting a 247 operational factory environment, which may need to handle incidents during off-hours (such as overnight or weekends). Candidates must be able to respond ****ly under pressure to ensure the stability and continuity of factory operations. Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2) Minimum of 10 years of working experience in incident management, IT support, or operations. 3) Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles. (ITIL 4 Foundation & Managing Professional) 4) Strong communication and coordination skills. 5) Experience with incident tracking tools like ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.
