Design AI/advanced algorithm analytic applications and work out design specification. Lead develop programs with AI/advanced algorithms. 設計人工智能/高級算法分析應用，并制定設計規(guī)范，領導開發(fā)人工智能/高級算法的應用程序。(30%) 2. Ensure all AI applications requirement related key issues are identified and communicated in a structured and timely manner.確保有條理且及時地識別出所有與人工智能應用需求相關的關鍵問題，并進行溝通解答。(30%) 3. Work closely with Application service team to ensure AI applications design and implementation within required timeline to support business ****ives.與相關開發(fā)團隊緊密合作，確保在規(guī)定時間內完成人工智能應用程序的設計與實施，以支持業(yè)務目標。(30%) 4. Act as the contact point to facilitate close and effective communication channel.成為連接各職能部門的窗口，建立有效協(xié)作的溝通渠道。(5%) 5. Perform ad-hoc responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor.主管交辦的其他工作。(5%)Minimum Job Requirements:? University graduate and above with 5+ years data project implementation experiences in such as developing data applications with AI/ Machine Learning/ advanced algorithms. 大學本科及以上學歷，擁有 5 年以上人工智能項目實施經驗，例如運用人工智能/機器學習/高級算法開發(fā)人工智能應用程序。 ? Familiar with the technical architecture of AI applications and experienced in developing AI Agent with RAG technology熟悉人工智能應用技術架構，有編寫1年以上AI Agent經驗和RAG經驗 ? Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferred.具備機器學習算法知識優(yōu)先 ? Quite solid AI/statistics/mathematics ****, logical thinking, cutting-edge algorithm study, able to apply suitable algorithm in projects and improve algorithm effectiviess.擁有扎實的人工智能/統(tǒng)計學/數(shù)學背景，具備邏輯思維能力，關注前沿算法研究，能夠在項目中應用合適的算法并提升算法有效性 ?
