Position ****ive:Responsible for the planning, tracking and closing of projects and features within GIO’s AI product development. Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinates with various teams to manage resources, timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities: ?Create and manage project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements ?Define project team members’ responsibility of the Parties ?Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects ?Review high-level deliverables across projects ?Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with project delivery methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution and customer satisf**** ?Minimize or mitigate risk across multiple or large-scale projects ?Control milestone of the project delivery on time, finds solution in case of delay ?Recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for execution ?Manage to achieve revenue goals set for projects/program ?Analyze and accurately forecast project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization ?Control costs and expenses well and makes every effort to decrease extra cost ?Be responsible for team members performance management and career developmentRequirement:Education & Experience · University degree or above in IT or related disciplines· Minimum 10 years IT working experience, at least 5 years in project management or 4 years of supervisory experience Knowledge & Skills · Certification in project management professional, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, etc. · Ability to take a holistic view with high level of insight on technical flow and provide advice to senior· Team management / uplift of skills· Good command of English both in oral and written · Effective communication and interview skills· Good presentation skills · Critical thinking and problem solving skills
