工作職責(zé)：Job Targets and Decision Making 崗位目標(biāo)及工作權(quán)限＞ Suport efficient project management＞ Develop concepts and continuous optimization of the products and the procedures＞ Constant enhancement and transfer from the know-how＞ Reach cost, timing, technique and quality target＞ Full fill the tasks and project target, specificly in CAD and construction, calculation and documentationMain Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)＞ Design of the products: Acquisition, Communication, calculation, CAD development, Documentation＞ Creation of the technical documentation: 3D models under CAD rules, 2D drawings (products and assembly) under template drawing, guideline, checklist, List of critical characteristics, Compliance Chart, Customer ppt＞ Technical Communication with Customer and Supplier and handling and release of TR's＞ Prepare Documentation for technical reviews and Requests for customer＞ Technical communication with internal and external plants＞ Responsible for performing tolerances calculation/ Responsible for Lesson learned updated＞ Responsible for performing cost reduction/ weight reduction/ COP/ standardisation/ moudle design＞ Responsible for performing PT flow-chart＞ Reponsible/Checking for the quality of the drawings /Creation and actualisation of the BOM＞ Identified the risk when design review＞ Independently lead problem solving when test failed and customer complain＞ Independently lead task according to APQP requirement for sub-system product＞ Lead the task of functional roles and components expert＞ PLM: Data administration, preparation of the reviews and the release of components and sub assembly of the product according his entitlement and in compliance with the PLC, handling and creation of AEMA＞ Care on the technical project documentation ( product release, folders...)＞ Co responsible for implementation of specification tender (analysis, DVP&R analysis)＞ Parpare the invention report and contribution High-tech idea ＞ Parpare sample order and test request＞ Support the project manager for achieving the timing, technique, cost and quality targets＞ Support the coordination of the prototypes building and the testing＞ Support creation and the constant actualisation of DFMEA＞ Support the FEM Calculation Engineer by providing up to date datas.
