職責(zé)：1.負責(zé)整車廠內(nèi)汽車功能耐久測試，包括但不限于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、充電系統(tǒng)、電機、智能駕駛系統(tǒng)、電器件、儀表中控等。2.根據(jù)測試計劃和標準，設(shè)計和執(zhí)行功能測試方案，確保測試的全面性和準確性。3.使用專業(yè)的測試設(shè)備和工具，收集測試數(shù)據(jù)，并進行分析，以評估汽車各系統(tǒng)的性能和耐久性。4.識別測試過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，記錄詳細的問題描述，并與相關(guān)部門合作解決。5.編寫測試報告，總結(jié)測試結(jié)果，提出改進建議。6.與項目團隊成員溝通，確保測試活動與項目進度保持一致。任職要求：1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，汽車工程、機械工程、電子工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)。2.持有C1駕照，熟悉道路測試場地，最好具備大眾試車證。3.具有2年以上汽車整車測試經(jīng)驗，在大眾集團工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。4.熟悉汽車電子電氣系統(tǒng)，了解車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、充電技術(shù)、電機驅(qū)動、智能駕駛系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)知識。5.良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能夠使用專業(yè)的測試軟件和工具。6.具有一定的項目管理經(jīng)驗，能夠協(xié)調(diào)和管理測試項目。7.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠閱讀和理解英文技術(shù)文檔，具備基本的英文匯報能力。8.能適應(yīng)出差，包括高寒、高熱等環(huán)境測試地點。
