What you will do：●Lead a team of subject matter experts in fluid-thermal focused on HVAC&R product related heat transfer, fluid mechanics and multiphase flow at various experience levels.●Work closely with the product development team to develop strategy and roadmaps for fluid-thermal component technologies for HVAC&R products.●Champion an open and collaborative environment to foster cross-discipline teamwork●Support HVAC&R product NPI project heat exchanger, fan etc. core components design and project execution and championing operational excellence and identifying and mitigating risks.●Develop and coach team members on career paths, project management, Lean, and more.●Collaborate with leaders across JCI HVAC&R, Data Center business to continuously improve the culture of collaboration and innovation.●Drive EHS safety standard operating procedures and best practiceswhat we want：●Master's Degree above in Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in heat transfer, fluid-thermal systems, or closely related discipline.●Proven track record of championing innovation and collaboration.●Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.●Ability to coach and/or mentor technical talent at all experience levels.●Ability to influence at senior levels of an organization.●Demonstrated technical project leadership capability with ability to build, lead, and energize cross-functional teams in high-impact technologies.●Experience with fluid-thermal test equipment/methods and/or modeling and simulation tools.
