匯報(bào)對(duì)象 / Reporting to: Deputy Head – Pastoral Care & Boarding崗位目標(biāo) / Key Purpose全面負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生關(guān)懷、品格發(fā)展及宿舍管理，并與學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，確保學(xué)生在社會(huì)情感發(fā)展和學(xué)業(yè)成就上得到全面支持，助力學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)較好的學(xué)習(xí)成果。Responsible for student welfare, character development, and boarding management, while working closely with the academic team to ensure students are supported holistically—socially, emotionally, and academically—for optimal learning outcomes.主要職責(zé) / Main Responsibilities1.學(xué)生關(guān)懷與學(xué)業(yè)支持 / Student Welfare & Academic Support制定并實(shí)施德育及學(xué)生關(guān)懷體系，營(yíng)造積極向上的校園氛圍。Develop and implement the pastoral ****work to promote student wellbeing, positive behavior, and a supportive school climate.與學(xué)術(shù)部門緊密合作，識(shí)別并消除影響學(xué)習(xí)的行為和心理障礙。Collaborate with academic leaders and teachers to identify barriers to learning and provide appropriate pastoral support.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生形成有效的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、自律精神和抗壓能力，以提升學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)。Guide students in developing resilience, study skills, and personal responsibility to strengthen academic outcomes.2.寄宿管理 / Boarding Management統(tǒng)籌宿舍日常運(yùn)行，保障學(xué)生在住宿期間的安全、健康和生活質(zhì)量。Oversee daily boarding operations to ensure safety, health, and quality of life for students.管理寄宿團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保學(xué)習(xí)支持和課余活動(dòng)均衡開展。Lead boarding staff to provide a balanced program of academic support and enrichment opportunities.塑造積極守紀(jì)、自律向上的寄宿文化，幫助學(xué)生更好地學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)。Build a disciplined, independent, and academically motivated boarding culture.3.安全與合規(guī) / Safeguarding & Compliance落實(shí)并監(jiān)督學(xué)生保護(hù)、健康與安全政策。Implement and monitor safeguarding, health, and safety policies.建立完善的學(xué)生關(guān)懷、紀(jì)律處理和學(xué)業(yè)支持記錄。Maintain comprehensive records on pastoral interventions, disciplinary cases, and academic support.確保所有工作符合國(guó)際學(xué)校德育和寄宿的實(shí)踐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Ensure compliance with international best practices in pastoral care and boarding.4.社區(qū)與品格教育 / Community & Character Education策劃并開展融合品格教育與學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的活動(dòng)、講座和集會(huì)。Organize assemblies, workshops, and programs that integrate character education with academic development.加強(qiáng)與家長(zhǎng)溝通，建立家校合作，共同支持學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)與學(xué)習(xí)。Foster effective school–home communication to support student wellbeing and learning.處理學(xué)生沖突和人際關(guān)系問(wèn)題，營(yíng)造積極和諧的校園社區(qū)。Support conflict resolution and nurture a harmonious school community.任職要求 / Person Specification1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)工作或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景。Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.2.豐富的學(xué)生關(guān)懷或寄宿管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有國(guó)際或雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。Solid experience in pastoral care and/or boarding management, preferably in an international or bilingual school.3.深刻理解青少年成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律及其對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)的影響。Strong understanding of adolescent development and its impact on learning outcomes.4.具備出色的人際溝通和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，能夠在德育與學(xué)術(shù)之間搭建有效橋梁。Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge pastoral care and academic development.5.善于跨部門協(xié)作，能與學(xué)術(shù)、寄宿和行政團(tuán)隊(duì)高效合作。Collaborative mindset, capable of working across academic, boarding, and administrative teams.6.中英文雙語(yǔ)能力佳。Bilingual ability (Chinese & English) preferred.
