______（以下簡稱甲方）因工作需要根據(jù)《中華人民共和國律師法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，聘請________（以下簡稱乙方）的律師為法律顧問，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商訂立下列協(xié)議，共同遵照履行。

　　4.接受甲方委托，擔(dān)任代理人，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁活動。
　　5.應(yīng)甲方要求，向職工進(jìn)行法制宣傳教育。
　　6.接受甲方委托、辦理其它法律事務(wù)。
　　2. the legal counsel will provide the following services： 
　　a. providing answers to legal questions， and issuing written legal opinion when necessary；
　　b. assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal document；
　　c. participating in contract negotiation on as behalf；
　　d. participating in litigation， non-litigation activities， arbitration， and intermediation；
　　e. handling other legal matters on behalf of a.
　　三、律師的工作時間、地點，根據(jù)甲方的提議，隨時聯(lián)系約定。

　　四、甲方向乙方每月繳納聘請律師費________元。律師費用按季繳納，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁、以及項目談判，收費按規(guī)定另議。
