Totally accountable to deliver results and support his/her team to achieve goals.
Motivate and grow a first class, accountable and ambitious sales organization, capable to meet our ambitious growth targets.
Develop and implement a Patient sales strategy across the product line, including channel optimization (Distribution, dealers, direct sales force).
Identify new growth opportunities, design strategies and supervise tactical implementation of sales & marketing plan in collaboration with Marketing Director.
Embrace and lead an exemplary culture of business ethics.

Excellent interpersonal awareness
Outstanding communication & presentation skills
Excellent negotiation skill & business maturity
Native in Mandarin and fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the medical device industry
Proven successful track record in marketing and business development
Understands ethical requirements associated with US public companies and experienced with region or country relation with US headquarter
