職位描述：Job Description:1.負責為公司承接品牌地產類、管理類和設計類公司的業(yè)務，給客戶提供整體的空間軟裝解決方案，制作服務建議書與合同， 負責客戶各個不同環(huán)節(jié)的全程跟進.Responsible for business development in sectors including real estate, management companies or design agencies; responsible for interior design proposal making, contract drafting and follow-up work for the whole project.2.在設計周期、工程周期計劃中參與各部門協調，為客戶解決各種突發(fā)狀況.Able to work together with and coordinate resources from each department during each phase of a project, from design drafting to construction period and able to provide solutions for clients based on their requirements. 3、出色的人際交往能力，銷售渠道開拓，建立和維護良好的客戶關系; Excellent interpersonal skills, develop sales channels, to establish and maintain good customer relationship;4、銷售隊伍的建設與培養(yǎng); Sales team construction and training;崗位要求： Job requirements: 1、市場營銷、國際貿易、工業(yè)設計或相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷； Marketing, international trade, industrial design or related undergraduate degree or above; 2、3年以上設計師、酒店管理公司、房地產開發(fā)公司合作經驗； Above 3 years experience in the company of designers, hotel management, real estate development company3、具有案值在1000萬以上項目銷售經驗和談判能力； With more than RMB10000000 experience in project sales and negotiation skills; 4、英語筆試六級以上，口語可熟練對話； English level six or above, can skilled spoken dialogue; 5、有工程類或建材類行業(yè)工程銷售經驗（有家具行業(yè)銷售經驗尤佳）。 building materials industry sales experience (furniture industry sales experience is preferred).
