Main Responsibilities：
1. Manage retail sales and operations teams to deliver effective customer service in the retail outlets.
2. Provides day-to-day leadership and management to that mirrors the adopted vision, mission and core values of the company.
3. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
4. Responsible for day-to-day smooth running of retail business including people management, visual merchandising, service recovery, operational issues, staff attrition etc
5. Spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes for retail operations
6. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all sales and operations strategies and processes
7. Collaborates with organization work teams to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational infrastructure, service orientation, systems and processes so as to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
8. Motivates and leads retail operations teams; attracts and retain staff
9. Conducts performance appraisal, identifies and address the needs and performance gap of employees.
10.Communicates clearly and directly to employees on performance expectations, service excellence, productivity, and accountability.
11.Coaches or mentors retail staff as appropriately.
12.Work with inventory team to manage and maintain healthy inventory levels at retail levels
13.Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
1. Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles preferably in retail operations
3. Goal getter and passionate in retail operations
4. Able to withstand retail hours and work on weekends and public holidays
