崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)分析商務(wù)客戶、365日歷用戶的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)提取需求；與產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)組織、設(shè)計(jì)獲取客戶及用戶信息。

2、為市場(chǎng)及商務(wù)部門(mén)提供數(shù)據(jù)化的改進(jìn)建議

3、為公司的商務(wù)客戶、365日歷用戶進(jìn)行體系化的CRM需求整理

4、協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)部門(mén)進(jìn)行商務(wù)客戶、365日歷用戶的CRM體系建設(shè)

5、根據(jù)公司整體階段性戰(zhàn)略，協(xié)助市場(chǎng)總監(jiān)為市場(chǎng)、商務(wù)、銷售進(jìn)行KPI考核設(shè)計(jì)

職位要求

1、信息管理、商業(yè)、新聞、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。

2、3年以上市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3、對(duì)市場(chǎng)、銷售、用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)異常敏感并有組織策劃改變能力

4、對(duì)CRM體系有足夠的專業(yè)知識(shí)，并有相關(guān)實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

5、良好的寫(xiě)作及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，可以獨(dú)立進(jìn)行部門(mén)之間交叉工作

6、快銷、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
