Scope of Work
Reporting to the Quality Director (or as designated by the CEO in the Director's absence) is responsible for the development and management of the quality system in the organization and its supply chain.

Working Location
-Based in Zhengjiang（江蘇鎮(zhèn)江）.
-Frequent domestic travels business requires

Responsibilities
1)Overall: Novalis International Ltd
a.Quality System
i.Set up and Upgrade Quality Assurance System to Novalis’ factories.
ii.Apply and enforce 6-Sigma, Lean, 6S
iii.Coordinate customer factory audits and to ensure all factory audits meet or exceed customer standards and expectations
iv.Coordinate all customers requested in relating all product’s technical, quality and process improvement

b.Quality Complaint Management
i.Communication, resolution, handling, tracking
ii.Reduce claim rate to less than 0.5%

c.Factory and Product Certification
i.ISO, CE, AGBB, LEED, Floor Score. HSE.

d.Develop Product Quality Standards
i.Existing products if insufficient
ii.New products

2)Novalis factories Quality System Implementation and Enforcement
a.6 Sigma: SPC, COA, RCA, DOE, DPPM etc
b.6 S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)

3)Supply Chain Quality Management
a.Assist Supply Chain Manager in the qualification of suppliers
b.Perform periodic factory audits
c.Establish, train and enforce quality standards
d.Track and coordinate supplier certification and re-certification process

4)OEM Manufacturer Quality Management
a.Assist Supply Chain Manager in the qualification of OEM manufacturers
b.Perform periodic factory audits
c.Establish, train and enforce OEM product/sub-component quality standards
d.Track and coordinate OEM manufacturers certification and re-certification process

5)Others matters arising through daily operation.

Qualifications:
1)A University Engineering degree in Mechanical, High Polymer, Quality or related degree.
2)A minimum of 5 years quality or manufacturing engineering experiences in international company
3)Strong hands on experience in quality management tools, such as 6 sigma; Lean etc.
4)Good at MS Office especially Excel skill; excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written English communic
