Objective of job
The position of Business Manager is to support senior management of the company to develop business strategic objective & plan in the future years (short term and long term), and accordingly define/prioritize the initiatives & actions for the company; She/he needs to closely collaborate with various counterparts externally to ensure the strategic plans in line with the corporate strategy, meanwhile internally orchestrate the initiatives cross the divisions heading for a common direction via various platforms.
Job Description
? Establish business strategy development platform, organize & support to facilitate the business strategic workshops of the company
? Support senior management team of the company to formalize business strategy objectives & plans of the company
? Coordinate & synergize the initiatives/action plans in internal & other external counterparts towards common direction, via various platforms; provide the consolidated progress reports of the actions to senior management team to ensure the target achieved
? Collaborate with business development team on market intelligence analysis, focusing on indicating threats to continued success or opportunities to grow the business, new business model & channels
? Communicate & coordinate business strategic objective & plans to be in line via various platforms
Qualification
? Education
- Bachelor degree in Business/Finance/Computer Science Preferred
- MBA is a plus
? Work Experience
- Variety of business responsibilities including Business administration, operation or sales, etc.
- Strategic planning & advisory experience is a plus
- 8 years & above working experience with 3 years in IT or Finance Industry
? Language Skill
- Outstanding in English and Chinese, both oral and written
? Other requirements
- Outstanding written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent influential & coaching skill
- Open, Innovative and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent project management skill is a plus
- Organized and committed to the job
