職責(zé)描述：
1、Draw up, update and audit the WI (production process specification, machine operation specification) on site and take the following training, make sure the documents effective implementation.
編制、更新、審核生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書（生產(chǎn)工藝規(guī)范，設(shè)備操作規(guī)范）及修訂后的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，確保文件正確有效執(zhí)行 ---15%
2、Analyse the process capacity and optimize the process, improve the defective products, solve the problems on quality, raw material, scrap, efficiency in production.
進(jìn)行工序能力分析和生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化，不良品改善工作，解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的品質(zhì)、原料、廢品、生產(chǎn)效率等問(wèn)題 ---15%
3、Deal with the emergent process quality problems during production.
及時(shí)處理生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中突然出現(xiàn)的工藝質(zhì)量問(wèn)題 ---15%
4、Coordinate with quality department to investigate, analyze, and improve the quality complains which relate to production.
配合質(zhì)量部調(diào)查、分析、改進(jìn)與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的質(zhì)量投訴 ---5%
5、Coordinate with the new product development work.
配合新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作 ---10%
6、Coordinate with maitenance department for new product line launch, setup, and debug and adjust the layout.
配合維修部制定新生產(chǎn)線啟動(dòng)，安裝、調(diào)試計(jì)劃及原有生產(chǎn)線布局的調(diào)整 ---5%
7、Supervise the operators craft discipline execution.
監(jiān)督操作工工藝紀(jì)律執(zhí)行情況 ---10%
8、Organize the operators to take training on WI regularly.
定期組織生產(chǎn)線員工進(jìn)行作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書的集中培訓(xùn) ---10%
9、Other tasks assigned by leader.
完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作 ---10%
10、Obey the EMS requirements, such as office garbage assort and collect, energy saving etc.
遵守環(huán)境管理體系要求，如辦公室廢棄物分類收集，節(jié)約能源等
