What are my responsibilities?
1.Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards. 根據(jù)既定的程序、指南和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行運(yùn)維活動(dòng)
2.Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety in IT Operations 遵循相關(guān)程序確保運(yùn)維中的數(shù)據(jù)/信息的安全
3.Executes relevant tests, and designs/documents the operational processes.

4.Identifies operational IT problems and seeks resolutions without negative impact to enduser 甄別運(yùn)維的IT問(wèn)題，并尋找沒(méi)有終端用戶影響的解決方案
5.Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.

6.Communicates with vendors and service providers on an accountable level to solve principle local IT problems, or cooperates with central IT in that respect.

7.Drives principle IT Operation projects on-site or at the region.
