What are my responsibilities?
1.Supervisor and Administer employees in the PCBA and box build production area. Observe and control the workmanship results of manufacture personnel.
2.Ability to independently lead team to ensure high quality production, on time delivery and safety.
3.Ability to Assign and plan the workload( Capacity Planning) and make production improvement suggestion and s.
4.Ability to guide and Train Employees
5.Observation of Measuring processes to ensure that given parameters are adhered to
6.Ensure that Norms, regulars and quality guidelines are adhered to
7.Knowledge in handling of PCBAs/ Components according to IPCA 610
8.Ensure that Safety Regulations are adhered to
9.Estimate operators performance
10.Take other job assigned by boss

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.At least 2 years production management experience in PCBA or box build manufacturing area.
2.Good Knowledge on people management and performance management
3.Good knowledge on lean, 5S and continuous improvement
4.knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications
5.Good English both in Spoken and Writing
6.PCBA basic manufacturing process knowledge
