職位描述：1. 基于西井科技大物流、智能駕駛業(yè)務(wù)，調(diào)研市場(chǎng)需求，規(guī)劃 AI 數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品功能，設(shè)計(jì)貼合港口、陸港等場(chǎng)景的產(chǎn)品方案。?2. 制定數(shù)據(jù)策略，負(fù)責(zé)采集、清洗等全流程，建立質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系，挖掘數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值，驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)品迭代與業(yè)務(wù)決策。?3. 協(xié)同跨部門(mén)團(tuán)隊(duì)，管理產(chǎn)品全生命周期，制定計(jì)劃、把控進(jìn)度，確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付。?4. 分析競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)，結(jié)合用戶(hù)反饋，提出產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化與創(chuàng)新方向。?職位要求：1. 本科及以上，計(jì)算機(jī)、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。?2. 2 - 3 年 AI 數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有物流、交通行業(yè)背景或港口場(chǎng)景經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，需主導(dǎo)過(guò)產(chǎn)品全流程落地。?3. 熟練使用 SQL、Python 進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析，掌握 Tableau 等可視化工具；熟悉產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)流程，能獨(dú)立輸出原型與文檔；了解 AI 算法原理及大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)棧，可與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)高效溝通。?4. 具備出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、問(wèn)題解決能力，有市場(chǎng)洞察力與創(chuàng)新思維，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作。
