1.客戶溝通管理積極溝通并協(xié)調(diào)處理與業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、分包商和行業(yè)主管部門的合作關(guān)系；建立有效溝通機(jī)制，確保工程項(xiàng)目的正常推進(jìn)，并組織完成客戶側(cè)的驗(yàn)收；2.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理(1)全面負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目總體規(guī)劃與項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施部署計(jì)劃的制定，以及項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的部署執(zhí)行、運(yùn)維、測(cè)試、試運(yùn)行、安全以及質(zhì)量等一系列管理工作；(2)負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)部署、功能測(cè)試、聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試以及客戶培訓(xùn)等工作；(3)負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)并解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)部署調(diào)試過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的各類問(wèn)題并牽頭制定和落實(shí)解決方案；(4)通過(guò)合理地調(diào)配資源，實(shí)施日常工作中的組織、計(jì)劃、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)、管控、鼓勵(lì)等職責(zé)，確?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度等目標(biāo)能夠按時(shí)保質(zhì)地被實(shí)現(xiàn)；(5)組織并監(jiān)管各階段工程的竣工驗(yàn)收工作；3.與相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通管理(1)嚴(yán)格遵守國(guó)內(nèi)公司相關(guān)規(guī)章制度，包括人力，費(fèi)用，行政等，并定期匯報(bào)；(2)建立良好的匯報(bào)機(jī)制，使用jira，confluence等工具將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狀況以及問(wèn)題及時(shí)匯報(bào)給國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)，并跟蹤管理；(3)協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資源滿足國(guó)內(nèi)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)于新功能/研發(fā)提測(cè)類需求；職位要求：1.本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械，車輛，電氣或軟件等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2.3年以上項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有自動(dòng)駕駛或項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；3.了解項(xiàng)目管理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)或接受過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理培訓(xùn)，有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力4.中文母語(yǔ)，并能夠熟練使用英語(yǔ)/西語(yǔ)，與當(dāng)?shù)貑T工和客戶進(jìn)行順暢溝通。5.有較強(qiáng)的隨機(jī)應(yīng)變、溝通洽談、知識(shí)傳授及組織管理能力，踏實(shí)勤懇，執(zhí)著敬業(yè)，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神6.接受長(zhǎng)期出差海外
