職責(zé)描述：- During bidding phase：Commercial Coordinator supports sales with components lists price which is the basis for sales to calculate the project offer price.投標(biāo)階段，商務(wù)專(zhuān)員負(fù)責(zé)提供產(chǎn)品列表價(jià)便于銷(xiāo)售計(jì)算項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)。- After order intake: Commercial Coordinator is following up contract execution, material availability and payment of the project.合同簽訂后，商務(wù)專(zhuān)員跟蹤合同 執(zhí)行情況、物料供貨情況以及項(xiàng)目回款狀態(tài)。日常工作：1. 使用 SAP / PLM完成銷(xiāo)售報(bào)價(jià)，銷(xiāo)售合同，采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)及其他銷(xiāo)售文件資料的管理、歸類(lèi)、整理、建檔和保管工作以方便后續(xù)查找。將異常情況反映給相關(guān)銷(xiāo)售人員。Use SAP / PLM to complete quotations, sales contracts, purchase requisitions and other sales documents, make documents accessable for later use.Inform sales about abnormal situations.2. 負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售合同的執(zhí)行，客戶(hù)回款跟蹤。Support sales for contract execution and track payments of customers.3. 與倉(cāng)庫(kù)同事協(xié)調(diào)，跟蹤庫(kù)存，備貨情況及催交，并將異常情況反映給相關(guān)銷(xiāo)售人員。Coordinate warehouses, track inventory and stocks, trigger activities to assure timly avalablity of material.4. 負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理、歸納項(xiàng)目信息和客戶(hù)信息如用戶(hù)、代理商、中間人、設(shè)計(jì)院等，更新銷(xiāo)售的 商務(wù)文件和信息，協(xié)助 BU 部門(mén)督促銷(xiāo)售跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。Collect, classify and summarize project information and data of customers, design institutes, middlemen etc. Assure proper filing, update commercial sales project documentation. Support BU department managers and sales regional mangers to follow-up project in bidding and excution process.5. 接收客戶(hù)的詢(xún)問(wèn)并確保及時(shí)跟蹤，支持銷(xiāo)售的商務(wù)澄清工作。Receive and follow up answers to customer’s questions and support sales for commercial clarification.6. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)、顧客的投訴記錄，協(xié)助有關(guān)部門(mén)妥善處理。Responsible for customer complaints record, assist the relevant departments to solve the problems.7. 協(xié)助BU和銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)做各種會(huì)議準(zhǔn)備，包括內(nèi)部會(huì)議的記錄、會(huì)議數(shù)據(jù)及展示文。Assist BU and sales department to prepare meetings, including meeting memo and presentation documents.8. 負(fù)責(zé) Bartec 集團(tuán)內(nèi)部包括德國(guó)等兄弟公司所有的采購(gòu)訂單、銷(xiāo)售、發(fā)貨和開(kāi)票。Responsible for orders in BARTEC Group (internal purchase + sales), shipping and billing to/from BARTEC companies.9. 負(fù)責(zé) 合同數(shù)據(jù)的更新和維護(hù)。Update and maintain contract data.10. 支持BU經(jīng)理和銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理的商務(wù)或銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告、項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)分析和展示文件制作。Support BU managers and sales managers in BARTEC CN for business and sales reports, data analysis and presentations. Analyze the project information, work data and training material for bussiness reports.11. 根據(jù)ISO9001以及公司的要求指定文檔。Prepare documentation according to ISO9001 and company regulations.12. 完成部門(mén)經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。Fulfill other work arranged by department manager.任職要求：
