Ensure stable operation of business systems and enhance internal user satisf****.主要職責(zé)Tasks and Responsibilities1.Lead the IT team in BJ for expected IT service delivery ?Oversee the overall IT service to meet the corporate compliance requirements, including the infra, application and cloud ?Manage on-site contractor for daily support activities 2.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution?Respond to user requests via Teams, Email, or ServiceNow system for technical failures (e.g., computer/printer malfunctions, login issues, software installations).?Diagnose problems remotely or on-site, implement solutions, and track issues until closure.3.Hardware Maintenance?Deploy, troubleshoot, repair, or replace IT equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers).?Set up and support conference room AV equipment (projectors, video conferencing systems).4.Knowledge Base & Process Improvement?Document ticket solutions and contribute solutions to the knowledge base.?Develop FAQs/guides to improve end-user self-service capabilities.5.Security & Compliance?Ensure that all technical support activities adhere to the company's security policies and compliance requirements.?Maintain fixed-asset inventory and manage consumables (keyboards, mice, adapters).
