integrated curriculum in primary school in accordance with national regulations and international trends in education development2、監(jiān)督課程在各學科組的實施,確保教學質(zhì)量和學生學習成果的達成;Supervise the implementation outcomes3、制定學術(shù)培訓和交流活動計劃,確保教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展和個人以及學校需求相適配,教師的業(yè)務(wù)能力及團隊學術(shù)水平不斷提升并保持高水平;Develop academic training and exchange activity plans to ensure that teachers' professional development Marketing1、配合招生部和市場部,做好市場及招生相關(guān)活動,緊密配合各種市場及招生活動的策劃、安排和協(xié)調(diào),以確?;顒禹樌M行;主要的市場招生活動將包括:周中或周末、節(jié)假日的學校開放日、宣傳活動、探校、信息分享會等;Cooperate with the admission and marketing departments to carry out The main activities will include: school open days during weekdays or weekends, holidays, promotional activities, campus exploration, information sharing sessions, etc2、配合市場部,做好品牌宣傳工作,包括但不限于提供與學部相關(guān)的教育教學及學生活動素材、審核文案、視頻及其他各類市場宣傳材料等;Cooperate with the marketing department to do a good job in brand promotion, including but not limited to providing educational and student activity materials related to the department, reviewing copy, videos, and other various market promotion materials3、積極參與和推動各項拓展課、冬夏令營等活動;Actively participate in and promote various expansion courses, winter and summer camps, and other activities4、配合學校其他對內(nèi)、對外的市場宣傳和招生活動。Cooperate with other internal and external market promotion and admission activities of the school.其他 Others1、積極完成上級交辦的其它工作。Actively complete other tasks assigned by line manager.任職要求1、熱愛教育事業(yè),具有強烈的責任感和使命感;2、具有本科及以上學歷,教育學相關(guān)專業(yè),持有教師資格證;3、10年以上教育工作經(jīng)驗,3年以上小學中層及以上管理工作經(jīng)驗;4、良好的溝通能力和團隊合作能力,善于與學生、家長和同事溝通和合作;5、英語熟練,有國際化學校工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
