PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
崗位主要職責:
1.Inspect and confirm the components (mechanical & Electrical) and machines meet related quality standards.
2.Verify the assembly quality on wiring of electronic components and cables of machine by according to electrical diagram and manufacture instruction.
3.Troubleshooting, testing of PLC and associated function test for the machine.
4.Able to judge the electrical testing result and take corrective & preventive actions, e.g. Grounding test, insulation test, and high voltage test.
5.Supplier quality management and continuous improvement, including technical supporting, claim handling and first sample development etc.
6.Conduct checks and performance tests of equipment, support optimize checklist and improve assembly quality of filler.
7.Documentations of check lists and other records.
8.Perform other tasks given by superior.
9.Participate on training courses and company activities.

1.檢驗并確認零部件(機械及電氣) 與設備符合相關質量標準；
2.依據(jù)電氣原理圖，裝配技術要求書對電氣部件及電纜裝配進行檢查；
3.設備通電測試的故障問題查找及解決，PLC程序的測試，及功能測試；
4.能判斷電氣測試結果并采取糾正預防措施，如接地測試，絕緣測試及高壓測試等；
5.供應商質量管理及持續(xù)改善，包括技術支持、不良處理與樣品開發(fā)等；
6.設備檢驗與性能測試，并協(xié)助優(yōu)化設備檢查表與改善設備組裝質量；
7.整理設備檢查清單與其它記錄并存檔；
8.執(zhí)行主管安排的其它任務；
9.參加必要的培訓課程與公司活動；

1.University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation or Mechatronics related.
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience on electrical or mechatronics related manufacturing environment.
3.Knowledge of Quality Management, industrial standards, electrical diagram, able to understands mechanical drawing be advantage etc.
4.Familiar with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and wiring, e.g. servo, Siemens，ELAU PLC (ST Structure), Beckhoff (PLC) etc, and can be read and understand PLC and HMI program.
5.Good practice on inspection or testing, and experience in calibration management.
6.Able to work hands-on to solve technical problems.
7.Well operation in computer, e.g. office software, SAP or similar.
8.Good in English (speaking, reading and writing).
9.Be flexible and positive to cooperate with other colleagues.

1.電氣工程或自動化，機電一體化相關專業(yè)本科或以上學歷；
2.至少3年電氣或機電行業(yè)相關的工作經(jīng)驗；
3.良好的質量管理知識，工業(yè)標準，電氣圖紙，看懂機械圖紙優(yōu)先；
4.熟悉PLC與配線， 如伺服控制，西門子，ELAU PLC（ST 語言）及倍福PLC等，可以讀懂PLC及HMI程序;
5.很強的動手檢驗或測試能力，以及量具校準管理經(jīng)驗；
6.能獨立解決相關技術問題；
7.熟練使用計算機，如，辦公軟件，SAP或類似軟件；
8.良好的英語口語和書面表達能力；
9.能靈活積極的與其他同事合作。
