Main Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
?He/She supports dept manager and it’s the operative reference point for electrical HW / SW designing, assuring performance and internal and external diffusion of technical detailed list and standards necessary to electrical HW / SW equipment development, both in plant and in site. 支持技術(shù)經(jīng)理，做電氣硬件/軟件設(shè)計(jì)，調(diào)試，公司現(xiàn)場和客戶現(xiàn)場
?Release BOM 下發(fā)采購清單及備件清單
?Optimize the architecture hardware of application優(yōu)化硬件架構(gòu)
?Release operator manual,make training 制作操作文檔及相關(guān)培訓(xùn)
?Communicate with customer for technical clarification, understand customer’s requirement 與客戶做技術(shù)澄清，了解客戶的詳細(xì)需求
?Basic tech proposal with best cost 基于最低成本的技術(shù)方案

Requirements需求
?Electrical HW design 電氣硬件設(shè)計(jì) （包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)、總線組態(tài)及各種安全回路）
?Apply Industry components and familiar its’ specification 應(yīng)用工業(yè)部件 - 比如擰緊槍、試漏儀、電動(dòng)伺服壓機(jī)、工業(yè)機(jī)器人，熟悉相關(guān)參數(shù)和應(yīng)用接口
?Advance CAD(EPLAN) and Program tools user Eplan繪圖和相關(guān)的編程工具
?PLC and relative technical controller SW design and commissioning 西門子PLC和相關(guān)控制器的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試
?HMI design and commissioning 人機(jī)界面開發(fā)及調(diào)試，西門子wincc flexible
?Spare parts,Preventive maintenanc,trouble shooting備品備件，預(yù)防性維護(hù)，設(shè)備糾錯(cuò)等相關(guān)知識(shí)
?CNC SW design and commissioning CNC的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試 (非必須)
?Robot SW design and commissioning 機(jī)器人的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試 (非必須，但是要了解接口)
