CCBO (China Cloud Business Operation)
Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise has a culture of data-driven decision-making, and demands business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable. We are now seeking an outstanding Data Management Specialist to join the Business Operation and Intelligence team in China Cloud and Enterprise department. In a fast paced market where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities, this role will have an immediate influence in day-to-day decision making at Microsoft Cloud Business. This position is more like consultant support our team from Azure technical aspects
We are looking for a strategic and open-minded person with good track record in business analyst and data management experience, with cloud business would be prioritized considered. A qualified candidate should have a strong customer-obsession with a self-starter spirit, ability to dive deep, strong data/analytical skills and experience working in a cross-functional team. The candidate will manage data fundamental with the ability to manage and validate data thru the integration from different system. Generate the reports with insight to identify, discuss along with actionable recommendations. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Excel and SQL.
Scope of Work
Web Direct business operation support on
- Operation process communication, and coordination, such as e2e user experience from signup, usage, to compensation
- Business data collection, consolidation, and analysis
- Relevant project coordination

- Ecommerce working experience and data analysis ability is preferred
- Good Mandarin and English skills
- Strong execution capabilities and result driven
- Listening and collaboration – Candidate must be a team-player and have excellent listening skills.
- Attention to detail
- Project management – Candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Communication Skills – Ability to communicate thoughts in a well-organized manner
