Responsibilities :
1. This Data Modeling and ETL Specialist will help develop the enterprise data model and will work closely with Business Analyst and Business Intelligence groups to implement ODS/EDW/DM projects.
2. This individual will develop key aspects of the information architecture, including logical/physical data models, data flow diagrams, ETL architect, and ETL artifacts to integrate data from various sources into the ODS/EDW/DM.
3. The candidates must excel in communication, design and delivery of complex models in very large data systems.
4. S/he must be familiar with the strategies, concepts, rationale, challenges, and otherwise best practices of data modeling in a large environment. Relevant experience must include data modeling, data analysis, SQL programming, ETL design and development, knowledge of Internet concepts, and familiarity with database applications and database engineering in general.

Requirements :
1. 5+ years hands on data modeling plus ETL experience in enterprise data warehouse environment.
2. Clear understanding of Logical and Physical Data modeling concepts and goals.
3. Proficient using either PowerDesigner, Erwin or Embarcadero modeling tools.
4. Understanding or definition of ETL standards and processes.
5. Implement the ETL scripts according to data mapping specifications.
6. Perform Unit testing and system integration testing of ETL jobs.
7. Conduct root cause analysis of data discrepancy to provide permanent fix.
8. Diagnose performance issue and provide tuning solution.
9. Assisting the design and implementation of analyses that will identify is a plus.
10. Bachelor degree above.
