1.Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, including communications with internal and external customers
2.Understanding and identifying strategic approaches to solving complex business challenges while managing risk;
3.Addressing human resource issues
4.Assisting with joint ventures, including Board meetings and business transactions
5.Ensuring timely completion of all corporate governance requirements
6.Preparing intellectual property license agreements
7.Assisting with product regulatory compliance
8.Working closely with other functions to provide support as needed
9.Completing other tasks as assigned by the Vice President Legal, Asia

Requirements:
1） Juris Doctorate, Master of Law, or equivalent degree
2） Strong working knowledge of PRC laws and regulations
3） 3-15 years of legal experience
4） Strong spoken and written English skills
5） Willingness and ability to travel
6） Unquestionable ethics and integrity
7） Proven ability to work successfully on cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
8） Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9) Committed team player
10）Willingness to step in and help wherever needed
