職位描述
Direct Companion role
1Investigate the system issue discovered by Direct users, and provide solution and guidance to the users.
2For any issue could not be resolved by in-country, raise ticket and communicate with Regional/Global team
3Provide inputs / recommendations to Regional Support team if any system function changes, improvements and new requirements.
4Assist system testing and UAT
5Understand the system enhancements from Region and provide training down to the country Direct users(SA team)
6Attend monthly meeting with Direct Team
7Set up user accounts
8Maintain customer pricing/ profile setting, if necessary. Communicate with OHQ/Global team if any setting changes for global client in system.
Cross country related
1Manage and handle cross country enquires/ opportunities(drop in)
2Coordinate and assist AM if any cross country new opportunities(drop out)
3Provide Direct quote to the country, if necessary.
S2A related
1Communicate and provide recommendation to the OHQ team on process issue/ enhancement related
2Communicate with BU SME on the GT process/ improvement related
