Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Work closely with commercial team and finance team to monitor and coordinate the invoicing process smoothly.
2.Monitor VAT system and process according to the business models and regulatory changes.
3.Provide invoicing guidance and smooth trans flows to support business and drive growth.
4.Keep abreast of tax laws and regulations that apply to field of professional expertise to maintain up-to-date compliance in VAT invoicing.
5.Issue VAT invoices according to the billing record and customer requirement whilst ensure tax compliance.
6.Manage invoicing team as well as the external vendors


Requirement and qualifications:

?Familiar with tax knowledge of VAT invoicing with at least 2 years hands-on experience.
?Have management experience at least 2 years
?5+ years working experience in accounting, tax or business administration related.
?Strong inter-personal skills and have the sense of confidence and maturity to work with all levels.
?Excellent writing skills to simplify complex situations and then able to articulate clearly solutions.
?Problem solving, decision making and continuous process improvement skills.
?Strong Microsoft office skills including advanced Excel/PPT knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

?Have SAP experience is prefer.
?BA/BS in accounting, finance, tax or business, technical
?English Language skill in written and oral.
