職責描述：
1. Responsible for regional market analysis, including industry trend, product and customer information, sales data, product investigation etc.
負責區(qū)域市場分析，包括行業(yè)動向、產品及客戶信息、銷售數(shù)據(jù)、產品調研等。
2. Responsible for executing marketing planning and making regional promotion policy.負責執(zhí)行市場營銷計劃及制定區(qū)域推廣政策。
3. Responsible for organizing regional marketing activities
負責組織實施區(qū)域市場活動。
4. Responsible for training regional sales representatives and distributors.
負責區(qū)域內銷售人員及經銷商市場培訓。
5. Responsible for managing regional KOLs and clinical speakers.
負責管理區(qū)域KOL及臨床講者。
6.Take responsibility of clinical pormotion, and increasing sales volum of products.負責產品部分臨床推廣及項目上量。
7.Collaborate with sales to carry out project promotion and get admission to hospitals.配合銷售進行標桿客戶的項目推廣、進院。
8.Assisting the promotion activities initiated by CMK , including meetings, scientific research, publicity, etc.協(xié)助市場總部的市場推廣活動，包括會議，科研，宣傳等。

任職要求：
1.生物科學，生物，醫(yī)學相關領域本科以上學歷 Bachelor or above in life science, biology, medical relevant .
2.IVD行業(yè)2年以上市場或銷售工作經驗，有渠道及客戶管理經驗者優(yōu)先 At least 2 years marketing or sales relevant experience in IVD industry.
Distributor and customer management experience is preferred.
3.熟練運用辦公軟件Skilled use of office software
4.良好英語閱讀，表達技巧；良好溝通演講技巧，團隊合作精神
Good English skill in reading, speaking.
Good communication and presentation skill.
Good team spirit and open mind.
