a.Maintain and improve HSEMS. Assist to drive HSEMS implementation within Suzhou organization.
維護及改善HSE管理體系。協(xié)助驅(qū)動HSE管理體系在蘇州團隊內(nèi)的執(zhí)行。
b.Mainly in charge of Safety management, and can be the backup of other HSE Engineer.
這個崗位主要負責安全方面的管理工作，并能夠支持其他HSE工程師的工作。
c.Overall maintain laws and regulations (applicable HSE related) management program (collection, update, uation, communication, etc). Inform/ management team for any illegal risk at first time. Maintain and implement Compliance calendar.
總體維護法律法規(guī)（可適用的HSE相關(guān)的）管理系統(tǒng)（收集、更新、評估、溝通等）。第一時間向管理層匯報或發(fā)出警告任何違規(guī)的風險。維護并執(zhí)行合規(guī)日歷。
d.In charge of related ISO system (ie. ISO14001) maintenance & and certification.
負責ISO體系（如ISO14001）維護和認證。
e.Facilitate Near Miss & Risk Management programme well implementation within the whole Suzhou group.
主導(dǎo)Near Miss & 風險管理系統(tǒng)在蘇州所有團隊內(nèi)得到很好地執(zhí)行。
f.Facilitate HSE audits/inspection.
主導(dǎo)HSE審核/檢查。
g.Deliver regular HSE training, to promote the employees HSE ability, awareness and behaviours.
進行HSE常規(guī)培訓(xùn)，來提升員工的HSE能力、意識和行為。
h.Maintain and improve HSE representative committee.
維護并改善HSE代表委員會工作。
i.Facilitate Incident management programme, to ensure investigation, plans & SPL sharing are in a high quality & in time manner.
主導(dǎo)事件管理流程，并確保事件調(diào)查及整改措施高質(zhì)量地按時完成。
j.Develop/maintain related HSE emergency & drill plan.
開發(fā)/維護HSE相關(guān)應(yīng)急計劃&演練計劃。
k.Support related department/group closely and input HSE expertise (new/change project, equipment, materials, technology, supplier, etc).
緊密配合相關(guān)部門/團隊并HSE專業(yè)意見（新/變更的 項目、設(shè)備、材料、工藝、供應(yīng)商等）。
l.Support HSE manager to integrate HSE into Business culture.
協(xié)助HSE經(jīng)理將HSE融入到公司文化。

a)Promote and maintain high standards of Occupational Health & Safety in the workplace in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and to ensure these are fully understood and applied by relevant parties.

b)To perform all activities in compliance with relevant cGMP and quality systems standards and specifically with FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO13485, Chinese SFDA regulations.

b.Must possess and maintain an up to date knowledge of local and national HSE regulations and corporate HSE requirements be able to interpret the requirements of the regulations and implement practical s to ensure that the site remains in compliance.

c.Know the basic production process, products, and production language.

4. Knowledge and Experience (Knowledge and experience needed for satisfactory performance of the job)
資質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗（此職位所要求的資質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗）
a.Education/教育
BS degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management or a closely related field
理學(xué)士學(xué)位，工程、職業(yè)安全健康、環(huán)境管理類或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)。
b.Working Experience/工作經(jīng)驗
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated HSE experience in a MNC manufacturing environment, strong safety management experience.
5年以上跨國制造行業(yè)公司的HSE工作經(jīng)驗，具有很強安全管理經(jīng)驗。
c.Special Knowledge/特殊要求
Knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
熟悉ISO14001和OHSAS18001。
Strong knowledge and experience of Risk Assessment and Management.
有很強的風險評估及風險管理的能力及經(jīng)驗。
d.Competency/能力
Good in English, both written and oral.
有英語溝通能力（讀和寫）。
Computer skill especially in Microsoft office.
電腦技能特別是辦公室軟件操作。
Ability to work with all levels of employees and leadership qualities.
