Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本職位的主要責(zé)任以及職能:
Responsible for the communication between the operational teams of SAIFEI (DMU, FB and Integration teams ) and customers (SAIFEI manufacturing engineering), SAMC (FAL and EWIS engineers)
· Organize meetings with customers (SAIFEI ISC or SAMC FAL) to get resolution on Engineering issues
· Organize meetings with customers to get validation on solutions proposed by Engineering
· Consolidate and capitalize solutions trough actions to engineering teams (S&C, V&V, design guides, T&P for trainings and process documents, Business rules for integration, Input data checker,…)
· Ensure training and documentation are updated per these lessons learnt
Perform help desk function for customers (first point of contact of customers)
· Validate of the issue raised by customers
· Determine immediate resolution when possible, determine action plan to solve customer issue
· Communicate actions plans to stakeholders
· Ensure follow up of actions closure after validation and acceptance plans by stakeholders
· Consolidate and capitalize solutions
· Ensure training and documentation are updated per these lesson learnt

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本職位所要求的技能及經(jīng)歷:
·Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
·Typically has up to 5 years of experience in an engineering Team or Final Assembly Line Team.
·Experience or exposure to CAD design in work.
·Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, installation, and concepts.
·Knowledge of coordination meeting.
·Understanding of Industrialization process, and Engineering process for aircraft industrie .
·Able to understand technical data.
·Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer applications.
