Responsibilities:?Be responsible for new product transfer project related to production process-assembly and soldering, gluing, conformal coating.etc.?Preparation of 4M (Manpower, machine, material, method) for trial production.?Can be take the capacity analysis with forecast and capabilities ?Production line set up/Process set up/process validation?Routing time measurement or calculation. Maintain in SAP?Organize sample making/trial running and record abnormal issues relative to 4M and design. ?Prepare relative documents, e.g. P-FMEA, Control Plan, working instruction, etc.?Lead to solve technical problems in Transfer &NPI process and mass production period.?Provide technical and process solution for the process issues?Can be familiar with logic thinking mindset of Change management: ECO, process change notice, and follow up ,make them happen in the actual production.?In charge of lean cell production lines process stability and quality improvement?Process document, management. Update and create process flow chart, WI.?Can be individual to take Process capability study and improvement?Improve layout, cycle time, bottle neck, machine, operation to fulfill demand and quality requirement?Be familiar with Lean tooling (seven kinds of waste identifications, Line balance, and others)?Process stability and FPY improvement, optimize fixtures?Carries out other assignments by ME manager.Requirements.?At least 3 years working experience?Can have the knowledge of process design and tooling& fixtures design.?The candidate with much more experience of lean will be priorities considered ?DFM mindset will be priorities considered. particularly in mechanical assembly.?Good communication skills and can be willingness to challenge to others ?Simple English communication and better written capabilities ?Be Familiar with MS office, CAD .etc.?SAP preferred
